1. On each bed we found a complimentary backpack (with a small flashlight and water bottle) there were other small details, like the popcorn balls waiting in our room in the evening (after dinner).

3. The bed was extremely comfortable and the furnishings & balcony/canyon view were great, but the room was very tiny, the sheets a bit scratchy, and the bathroom seemed a bit 'cheap' for lack of better word.

7. The hotel rooms were small and dingy, the bathroom had mildew in the shower (there is no bathtub!), the largest bed is s queen which is totally not right for the price one pays, and the AC unit is as loud as a freight train.

10. The golf cart that transported us (crammed up next to our luggage) to our room at check in had wet seats, but was better than checkout where our luggage was tossed into the flat bed of another cart filled with tools and maintenance equipment and no room for us.
