4. -Knowledge of staff: Our early check-out request was an example of a larger symptom, there is a need for greater staff knowledge.

5. This may seem rather inconsequential and in the grand scheme added 15 minutes to our check-out process while the bill was recalculated by hand to show us how the refund was factored in.
