1. Sitting on our balcony was a nice respite (we had trail view rooms, which were fine--we were hardly in the rooms!) The staff are friendly, casual, and fun.

5. The bed was extremely comfortable and the furnishings & balcony/canyon view were great, but the room was very tiny, the sheets a bit scratchy, and the bathroom seemed a bit 'cheap' for lack of better word.

6. Each room has a front and back porch or balcony, and I found them to both very quiet and relaxing places to kick back after a long day in the city.

7. My only negatives are: couldn't control the temp in the room - it stayed very cold even in 104 heat (a blessing in disguise?), noisy folks sitting on patio drinking beer late into the evening, road noise from down below even tho I had a lovely balcony room.
