3. We took advantage of all the activities; challenge course, bull riding, juicing, salt (which was really interesting), slack line, etc. We were able to participate before check in and after check out which I really appreciated.

4. A few suggestions/bummers: Check out for 6:00 am flights was a pain (especially since IT was reconfiguring your system).

5. After seeing the distance from the city to the resort we determined we didn't want to do the drive back to the resort at night so decided to check out a day early.

9. My 'summer getaway' rate was what I booked, which included 3 spa services - 2 50 min and one 80 min but I was charged a totally different rate at check out.

10. The cleaning lady rushed us out of our room an hour earlier than we were supposed to check out and sat outside our door waiting as we packed to leave and end this horrid experience.
