1. I can tell you I did when I checked out and saw a gratuity had been added onto the entire cost of the bill on top of the already excessive costs.

2. At check-in (and after pre-payment) we were informed that the meals and spa treatment as promised was a misprint; and in order to receive the 'perks' at the given rate would cost us an additional $200 per day.
