One can begin with meditation in the wonderfully designed and landscaped garden, and go on to as many classes as one desires, all taught by first-rate instructors in beautiful studios: from yoga, pilates and body conditioning - pausing for a spa treatment - and going on to archery, journaling, harmonica, and 2-step - and that 's just a few of the offerings.
