5. -Final bill: Upon check-out we requested a final bill of our incidentals (we didn't do the package which included food) and the bill was vague and confusing.

7. I can tell you I did when I checked out and saw a gratuity had been added onto the entire cost of the bill on top of the already excessive costs.

We won't be back unfortunately, it just stressed us out, other than when we had our services and I want to go somewhere (especially on my birthday) where the entire time it's just easy and I don't have to think about finding a chair, bring my wallet to lunch, worrying why lunch is taking so long and why my bill isn't correct.

10. 18% was also added to bill for table of 2, we actually would have tipped more but think that policy once again rubs customers the wrong way.
