7. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 2.00pm, went to check-in which was quiet and were allocated our room right away.

We arrived and we couldnt check in until 3pm so we left our bags in the baggage hall and went to explore, we then returned to check in and we were given a room which was a little dated due to the fact that i had requested a refurbished room i was a little dissappointed so i returned to the check in desk and explained to them i wasnt happy and within seconds i was given a fantastic room which was spotlessly clean and was cleaned everyday which was fantastic as this is all we wanted as we knew we wouldnt be in the room very often.

10. No complaints here- early check in (10 am!), clean room even on the days we didn't leave till after noon, hot water, comfy beds, way more space than I imagined, etc. The best part is how close it is to Broadway shows.
