2. They like to charge for every single extra you can imagine - full size bath towel, leaving your luggage on last day, etc etc, never known anything like it before.

4. My saving grace was that they forgot to charge me for a lovely bottle of red we had to accompany the said average meal which went a long way to compensate for the fact I was expected to pay for the shoddy service shown to us.

7. There are computers for guests to use on the ground floor for a charge, however both checking-in online and printing your boarding pass is complimentary, which is extremely useful.

8. Arrived earlier than the room was ready and needed to take business items out of my luggage,to store them (which does charge you)however their lobby does NOT let you in with luggage.
