1. We have stayed several times at this resort and the only positive is the free shuttle service.

4. The shuttle was very convenient as we were there for 2 days, often returned at least once to the room to nap and freshen up for another go at Disney.

5. Also there is a free shuttle that takes you to Disney & if one shuttle is full they just go get another one nothing ever seems to be too much trouble.

6. The Staff were all very polite & helpful, the hotel runs a shuttle bus to Disney every 30 mins till 1:30am.

7. Location wise we are still happy with the fact it's only minutes away from Disneyland parks and the hotel offers free shuttle every 30 minutes to and from the Disney parks which are quite convenient.
