a nice email and noted my complaints (the reservation girl, my faded bathing suit I had just bought, and the hot water issue).

We went back to front desk to express our dissatisfaction with the property & the
manager
would not even look at us- she told us we were past the cancellation & would be charged if we didn't stay- she was VERY rude & unprofessional.

1) The staff are so friendly & helpful from the Chamber Maids to the General
Manager
nothing is ever too much trouble, if you ask for something then they get it for you, if you ask for directions then they find out & tell you.

By far, the biggest issue was hot water, and while the
manager
did promise to comp us one night (I'll believe it when I see it on the credit card statement) the utter lack of understanding and follow up by the staff really ruined the experience.
