1. one night stay this was the first hotel we saw and stayed it was getting late had limited time and wanted to get started with disneyland, the room was good, the hotel needs some money spent on it in my opinionon check out I told reception the bedside lamp was faulty there was no thank you for letting her know, or no care shown.

10. We asked to check out early to move into a different hotel but since we had booked our trip through our credit card website (also the case if u book through travelocity or other websites & u pay ahead) & paid our balance before check in, we would NOT get any refunds.
