1. The staff is really nice from the valets, shuttle drivers are darling, front desk, room service, housekeeping, everyone was lovely to deal.

6. The front desk were fine and we never encountered any problems apart from one day housekeeping left piles and piles of bedding ,towels and laundry in our room and it took me ages for housekeeping to understand what I was saying on the phone and for someone to collect them.

8. The sofa didn't look very clean and there weren't any extra linens or pillows in the closet for the sofa bed I couldn't get a hold of housekeeping via the button on the phone - so I had to call front desk.
