6. If you need to use the internet to check in for a flight online ask the concierge and they`ll do it for free, i checked in online for one flight myself in the computer room and it cost me $13 for about 15 mins, the concierge did the other one for free and printed out for me too.

8. The concierge were able to get us 3 day hopper passes for Disneyland at $199 each instead of the $224 in the parks.
