1. Essentially, all the energy would be spent at Disneyland so what one needs would be a convenient hotel with clean big beds and reasonable shower amenities (if you didn't bring any).

3. The taps on the sink and shower were hanging off the wall which meant we had to be a bit careful of them, but they worked, there weren't many available sockets in the room and the bathroom was quite small.
