10. Pros:- The hotel is a beautiful landmark- The room service staff was very friendly- Large walk in closet- Request for more towels was handled quickly and hotel staff that delivered them was friendlyCons- Dismal front desk staff- Noisy because of the cable cars- Small bathroom with very little counter space- Only 2 small thin towels were provided for 3 guests- Parking is $57/night- If you walk to the hotel, it's 5 steep blocks uphillTip- If you are running the SF marathon, be prepared to walk 5 steep blocks uphill afterwards or bring $5 to ride the cable car up to the hotel.
