1. I'll stay at the Ramada for thirty dollars any day for better service, a bigger, more comfortable room, more cleanliness, free internet, and a free breakfast as well.

7. This was the most we were charged for breakfast anywhere in California, and that included some individually prepared gourmet breakfasts (with gourmet coffee and freshly squeezed OJ) at five star resorts in the Napa Valley - which isn't exactly known for it's good value.

9. There is a wonderful Italian coffee shop one block away at the back of the Fairmont Hotel that is an oasis, great for breakfast or an afternoon coffee.

10. Union Square is a few blocks down, there are so many lovely breakfast places nearby - one never needs to eat in the hotel at all.
