4. Staff here are really good and friendly, from Melissa (duty manager) who listened to my rants about the internet, to all the staff at the concierge desk, especially Tony who looked after us so well, nothing was to much trouble.

Ann Marek front office manager is on top of the operation--assisted by Emad, Rochelle, Jarrett, they make everything work and work well---Ric Lee Conceirge is one of the best--he knows San Francisco--Bellman Joshua a native New Yorker is a real plus for this hotel--Mark Gleason wine sommelier and restaurant manager is an added plus.

I went to San Francisco to attend a big meeting, I made my reservation through Expedia, when I went to register at the front desk the lady told me that for some reason the reservation was duplicated, we called to Expedia to solved this situation and furtonately for us the Hotel cancelled the reservation without any penalty, we really appreciate this situation and we want to thank s to the Manager of the Hotel.
