2. this was our second time at the stanfordthe location is excellent -right in the centre of all cable car lines with stops right outsidethere is a complimentary limo service for all guests weekdays between 7 and 3 to take you on short journeysthe concierge staff were fab and booked stuff for us and suggested excellent retaurants which made our stay more pleasurablewe asked to upgrade to a room with a view before we flew to the states and got exaclty the one one we wantedroom service, bar staff, reception staff were so friendly and could not do enough for usit was the best hotel service we have received anywhere in the world.

3. Ok, this is within the program rule, but most of the hotels I have been too, hotels normally go one step further and still provide complimentary breakfast to Elite members when the lounge is closed, but sadly this hotel decided not to go that one step.

4. No issue with cleaniness, sound even in the outside room, hot water, etc. Great recommendation of a breakfast places two blocks away - Roxanne's, and nice complimentary car service within the city.
