But really, it was the small touches that make me want to come back -- like the doorman remembering me whenever I returned and the
front desk
staff bringing water to waiting patrons and the bartenders remembering which wine I liked (the Napa Groth -- and this was only after having visited the bar twice.

The main reason I am giving the hotel the highest rating is that once I explained I am a light sleeper and that is why I request a high floor in a quiet area, the
front desk
employee was sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate me.
