1. With the exception of the fact that they charge $12.95 a day for wifi, which is still not that unusual, it was a perfect stay, with the most benevolent staff I've perhaps ever seen.

5. Nob Hill location is excellent, several parking lots within 2 blocks if you want to skimp a bit on the hotel's valet charge.
