4. Lovely room, very large with modern facilities - flat screen TV, iron & board, tea & coffee making, modern shower cubicle with really nice toiletries - super-large bed which had the most comfortable mattress ever and soft fluffy towels.

5. Lovely fluffy towels and a free CD for the sound system are more bonuses :) I think the hotel succeeded in communicating that cozy and personal atmosphere that one is supposed to enjoy at a boutique hotel.

7. Positive - Adjusted parking fee, option to be 'green' with towels/linen with a $5 hotel reward card for doing so.

8. The hotel also has a great environmentally friendly scheme whereby if you do not wish for your towels and linen to be changed, you hang a note on your door, provided by the hotel of course, which states this.
