2. The staff go out of their way to help and in particular a special thanks to the hotel food and beverage manager who supplied us with some delicous cornbread and slices of fresh bread as a special request for an ailing guest- and free of charge.

8. The staff are friendly and helpful - although if you've booked from abroad with a tour operator, make sure you bring your voucher as they tried to charge us upon chekout for tax we'd already paid for.
