1. Front desk staff appeared disinterested, best service was from Eric on the door and Tony of guest services who went out of his way to obtain tonic water.

5. on check in was asked for a credit card which was back home in scotland to be told who in this day and age doesnt have a credit card this assistant manager was very rude his attitude changed when told it would be cash as my cc was at home lovely hotel was on route from vegas celebrating sisters 50th but did not let this man dampen our spirits or our holiday all the other staff were excellent with customer service bar .

6. housekeeping and reception they could all show him how to excel in customer service excellent location great bar and restaurant he was only down side and think he should retrain in hotel trade starting at the bottom and working his way up would teach him how to deal with customers and give them respect trip was 16th --19th january 2012 san francisco fab and hotel in great location.
