1. The staff, from the general manager to the maintenance engineer were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to make us comfortable.

6. She also knew it was closed on a Tuesday and as we were leaving on Wednesday she suggested we should go on Monday morning - good skills ( I was once a Office Manager in a 4 star hotel - she knew all the tricks to impress) Talking of Dotties - long long queue even at 8am - worth every cent.

7. The staff go out of their way to help and in particular a special thanks to the hotel food and beverage manager who supplied us with some delicous cornbread and slices of fresh bread as a special request for an ailing guest- and free of charge.

The hotel manager Chad is fantastic to deal with, I did find some of the other staff not as pleasent, when I asked the man at the front desk how long it would take to get to Napa Valley he was vague like I'd asked him how long it would take to get to the moon, and when they couldn't understand me (Australian accent) I received 'whhhaaaaaaat' instead of poliete 'I'm sorry I didnt catch that'.

10. I did speak to the manager of the hotel later that night and she was very apologetic however this hasn't stopped them charging me for part of my stay (even though they assured me they wouldn't)so as I say.
