The hotel manager Chad is fantastic to deal with, I did find some of the other staff not as pleasent, when I asked the man at the front desk how long it would take to get to Napa Valley he was vague like I'd asked him how long it would take to get to the moon, and when they couldn't understand me (Australian accent) I received 'whhhaaaaaaat' instead of poliete 'I'm sorry I didnt catch that'.
