2. Lastly, despite really excellent service throughout, the valet at the very end of my stay was practically catatonic when I was leaving (ina rush, no less) and didn't offer to assist with luggage despite a pretty generous tip.

3. Pros:- Great location, close to shops and restaurants, street cars, busses- 5-10 minute walk to Moscone Centre- Great service by staff- Clean rooms and reasonably spacious- Free cocktails in the afternoon- I stayed on the higher floor and didn't have any issues with noise.
