1. Great attention to detail, such as chilled flavored water available in the lobby and complimentary coffee and tea every morning on the fifth floor, complimentary wine reception every evening.

3. I am a member of Kimpton In-Touch (easy to sign-up) so we were offered a wine reception every day at 5:00pm and complimentary coffee/tea from 6-10am.

5. Although hotel does not offer in room coffee maker, they do serve complimentary coffee (Bicycle Coffee) every day (6-10AM) at 5th floor, which completely wins over in-room sometime lame coffee.
