7. All the usual Kimpton touches (wifi, coffee, wine) were a big help, plus they went above and beyond -- room upgrade (make sure to check their facebook page), delivering goldfish to the room upon request (which this property usually doesn't do), extending late checkout.

9. From my late check-in (we arrived at 11pm and they brought a bottle of wine to our room since we missed the wine reception) to the last seconds before our departure (they gave us the latest possible checkout time) I felt that the staff bent over backwards to be helpful.
