9. When we returned we found an ice bucket and bottle of wine in our room from the duty manager and their staff - another unexpected and nice touch.

10. After mentioning this in an online survey from Kimpton Hotels, the manager replied right away and apologized for the pillows and said to contact him next time I was coming to town and he`d upgrade my room.
