1. There were three valets when we pulled up; one was helping another guest and the other two proceeded to chat with each other so long that we had gotten out, retrieved our own luggage and placed it on the curb before the first valet finished helping the other guest and came over.

3. From the valet boys out front welcoming you back each and everytime you came in, to opening the door everytime you arrived and were fast when getting your car after you called down for it to be ready to go to work.
