Prior to our arrival I had pre ordered a bottle of champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries and they were not in the room when we arrived, I did mention this to the front desk prior to us going out for dinner that evening and when we came back the champagne and strawberries were there, but the wow factor was diminished.
