3. Perfectly located to shopping, the Powell/Hyde trolley line and close to various freeway access to go over to Oakland, etc. Great restaurants & entertainment located close by as well.

5. That makes it convenient to a number of great restaurants, shopping, etc., but a fair distance from the tourist areas around Fishermans Wharf etc. The set up was nice for business travelers, with a decent work space and good internet access.

6. There is an amazing Italian restaurant a few blocks away that I go to each time for linguine w/clams -- of course I can't remember the name, but the concierge can tell you.
