1. I was disappointed that the club lounge was closed all weekend, but they did offer me (and other premium elite guests) any drinks out of the little snack area free of charge.

2. Like all JW Marriott they charge for internet - which in my eyes is simply unacceptable in this day and age - especially since the 'lesser' hotels (including Marriott, Marriott Courtyard, etc) all give it for free.

5. Only drawback is the WiFi: not great quality and expensive: in this day and age a good business hotel should make an effort to give good quality WiFi for free to its guests, especially when you charge as much as the Marriott does.

6. They do charge $49 plus tax for parking, but unfortunately that is the going rate parking in San Francisco with in and out privilege.
