The only disappointing moment was when I asked the front desk if we could hold on to the room a little longer after the check out time since we weren't being pickup for the airport until 8:00pm our ladt day, I was told by an employee the hotel wasn't full and they will normally allow this I was also told to ask Antonio at the front desk, sothat's what I did I asked Antonio and he asked me my room number and then said no the hotel was booked.

7. On check out got an apology then very strangely about a week later got an e-mail apologising profusely and offering the refund of the Marriott points for one night of our stay.

10. I was expecting to fully explain myself at check out to avoid the extra charges, but the gentleman who helped me apologized for the sensitive motion sensors on the fridge and removed the charges right away.
