1. one is a bit lime-like, another earthy, and one smelled like bubble gum to me :o) We don't usually have our room refreshed as my son's toys take over our room, and it's just easier so he can nap whenever, but housekeeping was kind and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

10. We have been staying at the W Lakeshore monthly for a week at a time since this past June and have since built great friendships with all the staff here including Ben, Lois, Amy, Maria Makalintal, Ashley (both of them), Stephanie, and Penny in housekeeping to name a few.
