1. Helped us navigate the public transportation system so we didn't get lost, helped us understand how much time it would take to get here, there and everywhere and helped us find a great moderately priced dinner joint.

6. All the staff were helpful - restaurant staff heated bottles for us while we enjoyed the outside rocking chairs in the afternoons and room service staff crept in quietly with dinner to make sure they didn't wake the baby.
