1. The bed was comfortable, although the duvet cover weighed a ton, so that might be an issue for some people.

2. Let me add to the above the 4 hairs in my bed (not mine) the red stained washcloth, the long black hair in the bath tub and the long black hairs stuck to the (clean?) bath towels.

4. Our room was not huge but was lovely, modern and well-appointed: big, soft, comfy bed and pillows, bathrobes, great-smelling Bliss toiletries and a giant window overlooking the lake.
