1. The Acura shuttle was a nice service, they took us to Shedd Aquarium, strollers and all, free of charge.

2. While my family was pleasantly surprised to find a huge DVD library free of charge for our use (besides the $25 refundable safety deposit), it took forever to have one unfriendly staff member deliver the DVD (this was after I volunteered to come down and get it myself).

5. They also have a touch-screen computer in the lobby that lets you check-in for your flight for any airline and print boarding passes, free of charge (we were flying Delta so the service wasn't available on the touch-screen, but the concierge just did it the old fashioned way for us).
