1. I travel very frequently and from previous experience, when a reservation is paid in advanced whether through the hotel or a third party, the EXTRA fees to be paid are listed in the terms and conditions of the reservation.

4. Be aware that when you check-in, they hold $150 extra on the top of your nights of stay fees on your credit card, not very clear on the website.
