2. I think a nice amenity of the hotel is the free wi-fi, it is very common to be charged for wi-fi at other downtown Chicago hotels.

4. Rooms were wonderul, great amenities and the free wifi was definitely a nice touchps No idea what the previous reviewer was on about regarding lack of taxis - we had to use taxis frequently throughout our trip and never had to wait longer than 1 minute for one to be flagged down for us.
