4. Also, one closet is totally hidden, so you have to go on a treasure hunt looking for hangars and the ironing board (or call the front desk as we did!) Also, as much as the suite was big enough for two, the pictures online are deceiving and much more generous than the actual size of the rooms.

10. After explaining it was our first time in Chicago to celebrate our 9th Wedding Anniversary, it was an extremely generous and unexpected gesture when we were told we could have a complimentary upgrade to a corner suite.
