1. Overally I think this is a very good hotel at a reasonable rate for Chicago.

2. We had reserved the room about 2 weeks prior to our trip, but the day before we left, I went online and saw the room rate had dropped $60/night on the room, so I called the hotel to obtain the better rate, which they did with no issue.
