1. Check-in was fast and easy and my husband presented his Crowne rewards card so we got a coupon for a free drink at Elephant and Castle (right by lobby) and a 15 percent off coupon for breakfast buffet at the sky lounge (which we didn't use).

6. They offer Neutrogena hair and bath products which is great!check in was easy and they offered us a free $5 Starbucks gift certificate if we would agree to not have maid service on 12/31.
