1. Room- We had the basic room which had great views overlooking the surrounding buildings, the room itself was spacious, the bed was like sleeping in a cloud and the shower was one of the best I've experienced.

4. It's relatively close to everything without being 'downtown' in amongst the hustle and bustle of traffic, etc. Staff seemed pleasant and accommodating, the suite we stayed in was nice, had a great view.

5. Stayed at the fairmont on april 2012, super clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, room with great view to the lake at walking distance from millennium park, even we walk to the aquarium very nice location.
