1. Location- couldn't be in closer proximity to all of Chicago's main attractions, walkable to: Magnificent mile, The Loop, Chicago Bean, Art institute, and an abundance of restaurants and bars (I'd recommend Sweetwater's for a good bar that serves quality American Fayre literally around the corner).

5. I had the supreme pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park while on a business trip earlier this year, and was immediately taken in by the spacious lobby (with fabulous wine bar!) with high-end appointments in both the lobby, restaurant and room.

7. Floor dirty, the cleaning staff did minimal, the bar staff is responsible for upkeep of coffee supplies and apparently they are trying to use up decaf because as I used the regular, they kept replacing with more decaf.
