1. It's relatively close to everything without being 'downtown' in amongst the hustle and bustle of traffic, etc. Staff seemed pleasant and accommodating, the suite we stayed in was nice, had a great view.

10. Just spent 2 business stay nights at this hotel, upgrqaded to luxurious suite on Gold Floor, for extra $80, and as a very frequent traveler (100 hotel nights per year), I can understand why the reviews are all over the map.
