1. Location- couldn't be in closer proximity to all of Chicago's main attractions, walkable to: Magnificent mile, The Loop, Chicago Bean, Art institute, and an abundance of restaurants and bars (I'd recommend Sweetwater's for a good bar that serves quality American Fayre literally around the corner).

4. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff at the front desk are nice, accommodating and there's no attitude or snottiness.

10. For the price I'd as you can read in my other reviews recommend the Four Seasons or Ritz if for a 4 star I'd go with the Intercontinental.
