1. I would have felt very cheated and most likely addressed these issues with the manager if I'd paid full price but they offered a good winter deal.

3. The bar drinks were not as expensive as other downtown hotels that we have been in - and the bar manager was SO pleasant!:) On Sunday morning, we stopped at the concierge desk to ask about a good place to eat breakfast and not only did she recommend 'Yolk,' but she also gave us her card and told us when we got there, to give it to the hostess on duty and we would automatically be seated before anyone else that might be in line waiting.

We came downstairs a bit too early (30 minutes) on the Monday to the restaurant for a quick breakfast, they weren't open yet but the manager came running over and said he would have the staff (they were setting up) make us a coffee and then he also told us to help ourselves to something in the buffet.
