All of the hotel employees that we encountered were pleasant and helpful - from the valet attendant, to housekeeping, to check-in, to restaurant staff (especially at the restaurant - it was very busy when we came in for breakfast (it was filled primarily with what looked like local businessmen and a few hotel guests), but the restaurant manager (seeing we were hotel guests) was very attentive and made space for us after a few minutes wait)As we were leaving we did notice that they have something called the Acura Experience or something like that.
